Head of FP&A

Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits

Based High Wycombe - Hybrid working (Circa 3 days a week in the office)

Are you a strong and positive leader in FP&A seeking your next challenge? Are you looking for a key role in an industry leading multi-site business where you can shape future strategy and take the lead in driving long term value within a private equity environment?

The Business

One of the fastest growing groups in the hospitality sector. A multi-award-winning company, the business is made up of an ever increasing portfolio across London, Greater London and the South East.

The Opportunity

We are excited to recruit a Head of FP&A to lead the team and to help drive improvements in planning, business insight, and operational business partnering. This is a perfect role for a first move into a Head of FP&A, reporting directly into the CFO and regularly interacting with C-suite stakeholders across the group.

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to progress within a high performing and high achieving business in an industry experiencing significant short, medium and long term growth. You will be joining an entrepreneurial business and contributing towards the next chapter in their growth story. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a small FP&A team, driving improvements in quarterly, annual / and long-term planning, the budgeting process, operational improvements and ad-hoc strategic analysis.

The role will give the successful candidate full exposure to a wide range of operational and corporate stakeholders, helping to bring the numbers to life and deliver the group strategy. You will be working closely with the data team to build the data infrastructure to deliver first class management information and insightful analysis through Power BI and Excel reports.

The role requires a forward thinking, adaptable individual with a strong grounding in core finance principles and post qualified experience gained within a multi-site organisation. You will be a sound finance leader, able to manage, develop and improve a team, grasp new methodologies quickly and manage a diverse stakeholder group across all areas of business.

There will be a high level of autonomy and an unrivalled opportunity to influence future business decisions and progress as the business continue to expand. This role will best suit those individuals on an upward curve, able to forge and maintain strong relationships and challenge both themselves and their team.

We are ideally looking for qualified candidates, trained in practice (ACA or equivalent), with a strong technical grounding and post qualified experience gained as an FP&A Manager, Commercial Finance Manager or Head of Finance within a multi-site business. Exposure to hospitality, leisure, healthcare, or a comparable service led sector is crucial in making this position a success.
