Investigo is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of its website, in accordance with the principles set out in the Data Protection Act 1998 ("DPA"), and will therefore use its best efforts to ensure that the information ("data") you provide remains private, and is only used for the purposes detailed in this statement. Investigo is the data controller for the purposes of the DPA.

Purposes
Your data will consist of personal details, including your name, e-mail address and any information (including sensitive personal data as defined by the DPA) contained in your CV and received from third parties, are held and used by Investigo for the following purposes:

• matching your details with job vacancies, to help find you the position that most suits you;
• keeping you informed of news and wider development in your chosen field;
• making you aware of services Investigo and associated companies offer you;
• as a testing environment for Investigo applications;
• equal opportunities monitoring.

CVs

This website gives you the option of submitting your CV to Investigo. You can do this either to apply for a specific advertised job, or for Investigo to consider you for opportunities which may come up at a later date. Your Information is e-mailed directly to our recruitment consultants, who review your details and enter them onto our central in-house database. This can only be accessed by Investigo recruitment consultants.

Disclosure of your Personal Data

In the process of finding the right position for you, it may be necessary for Investigo consultants to send your personal details, including your CV (which may or may not contain sensitive personal data*), to consultants working in other Investigo offices or prospective employers both within and outside the European Economic Area. Investigo will not be able to provide you with the services described in this website if you do not consent to this disclosure.

Information about Investigo online visitors

In accordance with Investigo’s data protection policy, Investigo does not and will never disclose information about your individual visits to the site, or any personal details you provide, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc. to any third parties without your prior consent (except when the law requires it and as set out in this statement in relation to the provision of the service to you). Investigo may, however, use your personal details to keep you informed of services offered by Investigo and ID Talent Direct.

Investigo may gather information about all visitors to this website collectively (for example, which area users access most frequently and which services users access the most) as well as individually (visitors' IP addresses). Investigo only uses such data to help determine what is most beneficial for users and how online services can be improved to continue creating a better overall experience for users. Please note that Investigo does not use cookies (i.e. small data files written to your computer's hard disk by some websites when you view them, which contain information those sites can use to track such things as passwords, lists of pages you have visited, and the date when you last looked at a certain page).

If Investigo changes its privacy policy in the future, the changes will be set out here, so that you will always know what personal information is gathered, the purposes it might be used for and whom it may be disclosed to.
