Investigo is committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency and accountability and it is therefore of vital importance to us that we ensure our business is conducted in line with these values and in compliance with the letter and spirit of the law.
This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the expectations we have of our Supplier/s and their obligations to our company. As a Supplier of goods and/or services to our company, we expect you to comply with this Code of Conduct within your business and also within your own supply chain and to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and business practices. Suppliers must comply with all applicable local and national laws, regulations and industry standards in their business operations.
1.Anti-Bribery/Corruption

Suppliers must not engage in any form of bribery, corruption, or unethical practices, and must have adequate procedures in place to prevent such practices. Accordingly, Suppliers will, and will cause their employees, representatives, suppliers and subcontractors to, comply with all Laws relating to anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, and the prevention of fraud and other financial crime, in all of the countries in which any affiliated business or associate of the Supplier provides products or services, directly or indirectly, and any other countries in which Suppliers conduct business. Investigo operates in strict accordance with the UK Bribery Act 2010 (“Bribery Act”) and expects Suppliers to ensure that they fully understand their commitments in line with the Bribery Act and their local equivalent.

2. Tax Evasion

Suppliers must comply with all tax laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which they operate, including the UK Criminal Finances Act 2017. They must apply a zero tolerance policy with respect to any criminal facilitation, including tax evasion, and never accept being complicit in facilitating a third party to evade taxes in any jurisdiction.

3.Conflict of Interest

Suppliers must promptly disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest between the Supplier’s interests and those of Investigo or our clients, such as a direct personal or financial interest in a business decision or vendor selection and take appropriate measures to avoid or mitigate them.

4.Labour

Suppliers must respect human rights in their operations and will comply with the standards set forth in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, including the prohibition of forced labour, child labour, discrimination, and harassment in all forms. They will ensure that no forms of modern slavery or human trafficking are tolerated in any of their own organisations or supply chains and in so doing they will comply with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

5.Health and Safety

Suppliers should ensure the health and safety of their workers and make sure that a safe and clean working environment is provided. Adequate training and protective equipment should be supplied, where necessary, and clear procedures must be in place to ensure that Suppliers are complying with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations in which it does business. Suppliers shall ensure that no worker is subject to, or threatened with, any physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse.

6.Environmental Sustainability

Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations and standards

and adopt environmentally sustainable practices with a view to minimise/neutralise any negative impact their operations have on the environment.

7.Intellectual Property

Suppliers must respect the intellectual property rights of others and not engage in any form of counterfeiting, piracy, or infringement.

8.Data Privacy and Security

Suppliers must comply with all applicable data protection, privacy and information security laws and regulations. Accordingly, Suppliers must protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our company's data, as well as any personal data that may be processed in connection with their business operations. Data must be securely deleted or returned once it is no longer needed for this purpose.

9.Supply Chain Responsibility

Suppliers must ensure that their own suppliers and subcontractors also comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct.

10.Reporting and Compliance

Suppliers must promptly report any suspected or actual violations of this Supplier Code of Conduct, and cooperate with our company in any investigations or audits related to their business operations.

By continuing to do business with our company, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to terminate any business relationship with Suppliers who fail to comply with these standards.
