Neil works within our IT and Change Management team in our London office, specialising in recruiting Change and transformation professionals purely within the Insurance sector. "Neil has excellent knowledge of the industry and most importantly knows the requirements of not just the recruiting business but the prospective employee as well. Successfully matching the suitability of both. I’ve seen both sides of this having been placed by Neil and having used him extensively to recruit within my team. I would not hesitate to recommend Neil to anyone either looking for their next position or recruiting themselves." - Head of Change, Global Insurer
