Neil Povey
Principal Consultant
Neil works within our Accountancy and Finance team in our St Albans offices, specialising in recruiting for Senior Finance roles across all sectors in the Northern Home Counties. Typical mandates that Neil works on include Financial Director, Financial Controller, Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Manager, FP&A, Management Accountant and Financial Accountant. Neil recruits for recently Qualified to Board level appointments and has experience working with an array of successful companies including Tesco, Impellam Group and a large variety of small, medium and large businesses across all sectors.
From the first time I met with Neil he has been friendly, helpful and professional. A key attribute of a recruitment consultant is being able to match the right candidate with the right employer and Neil certainly did this in my case. Due to the good relationship he had previously built up with this particular client and the time he took getting to know me he was able to recommend me for a role and this helped in no small part in securing me an interview which subsequently led to a job offer. I would have no hesitation in recommending Neil both from a client and candidate perspective. - Samantha Lake at Paypoint Plc
