Olivia leads in a hybrid role across the Investigo Group: Investigo Recruitment, Investigo Executive, Definia and Caraffi.
As Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee Co-Chair, Olivia is working on Investigo Group's instrumental influence on our people internally as well as our candidates and client base. From the reformulation, structure and priorities of the DEI Committee, to whole company goal-setting and exploring a range of ways to increase engagement, foster true inclusivity, encourage an equitable environment and promote diversity. We are committed to supporting our staff and customers in identifying the best talent with inclusion in mind, whilst driving long term change across the diverse markets in which we operate.
She is responsible for driving cross-company collaboration through the design and execution of initiatives and business development programmes, with the aim to take customers on a journey and foster a partnership relationship. To complement, she leads the Client Success function, a centralised service at Investigo Group which identifies the best solutions for our client's people challenges while upskilling the consultant community to elevate their approach to recruitment.
