Jay Rahman is a professional agile and scrum trainer with over 20 years' financial services expertise and knowledge. Starting as a developer and going on to work in software testing, management and finally qualifying as a trainer, he has experienced the full IT lifecycle.
Jay has worked with some of the leading investment managers in the industry, implementing Agile methodologies. As Head Coach he has worked with a variety of different business areas, increasing productivity and success. He is currently consulting with some tier 1 investment firms, helping to manage transitions and increase productivity during COVID-19. He will discuss the work he and his team have implemented thus far and their plans for the remainder of the year, into 2021.
