1st / 2nd Line Technical Support
A key client of Investigo are currently rolling out Windows 10 across the business and require a team of contract 1st & 2nd Line Technical Support consultants, to come on board and provide technical support to end users being affected by this change.
This will be working in a service desk environment, providing remote and socially distanced face to face support. Full PPE will be provided for this role where needed.
Skills and Qualifications required
Good Customer Service Skills.
Ability to Communicate Effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience.
Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems remotely.
Understand remote connectivity and basic VPN troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows 10 and Microsoft Hardware.
Knowledgeable around helpdesk tooling
Understanding of ITIL an advantage
