Job description

1st / 2nd Line Technical Support

A key client of Investigo are currently rolling out Windows 10 across the business and require a team of contract 1st & 2nd Line Technical Support consultants, to come on board and provide technical support to end users being affected by this change.

This will be working in a service desk environment, providing remote and socially distanced face to face support. Full PPE will be provided for this role where needed.

Skills and Qualifications required

  • Good Customer Service Skills.

  • Ability to Communicate Effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience.

  • Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems remotely.

  • Understand remote connectivity and basic VPN troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and Microsoft Hardware.

  • Knowledgeable around helpdesk tooling

  • Understanding of ITIL an advantage
