Service Transition Manager - Contract - Outside IR35 - Hybrid
My client, an international consultancy, are looking for an eperienced Service Transition Manager to join them on an initial 6 month contract. The ideal cadidate will have the following skillset.
Delivery of IT Route To Live framework, encompassing the following sub-processes:
o Service Acceptance Criteria
o High-Level Implementation Approach
o IT Operations Support Model
o IT Operations Costs Plan
o IT Runbook
o Incident Scenario Planning
o IT Rollout Plan
o Runbook (where required)
o Service Desk Engagement Form
o IT Ops Go/No Go Checklist
