My client is an award-winning full-service medical communication agency on the East Coast. Over the course of the past few months, my client has had incredible success bringing in new business in a wide variety of therapeutic areas. As they are expanding into new areas, naturally they are looking to bring on an Account Supervisor to help drive some of their new key relationships forward.
The Account Supervisor is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, along with identifying opportunities for executional efficiencies and improved team alignment. The Account Supervisor services as a main agency point of contact for day-to-day executional work, as well as builds and maintains client relationships and client satisfaction. The Account Supervisor will also be responsible for Account Executive oversight, ensuring processes and deliverables are moving fluidly, as well as maintaining communication with supervisors on employee performance and work product for accuracy, timelines, and quality.
The Account Supervisor must have a proven record of independently executing the responsibilities outlined above, but must also demonstrate the ability to successfully on board, train, and coach others in the Account Executive role.
Experience and Education:
- At least 3 years of progressive internal medical communications experience
- Overarching Medical Communications agency experience is a MUST
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in business or science
- Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies
- Experience managing direct reports
