The Account Supervisor's primary role is to provide day-to-day client interaction and overall program management, working with and reporting to Senior Management. The AS will be responsible for the successful management of projects from implementation to reconciliation.
The AS leads, co-leads/attends client meetings, including status review sessions. The AS also assists with providing training and mentorship to Account Executives/Managers and Account Coordinators, as needed.
- 4+ years of relevant experience within Medical Communications, Medical Affairs is required
- Understanding of ICMJE, ACCME, PhRMA, FDA, and OIG rules and regulations
- Must be able to travel 15% - 20% of the time, including weekends
- BS/BA in business, marketing, health sciences, or communications
