I am looking to speak to any immediately available Accounts Payable / Accounts assistants to fulfil an ongoing temp role working for a Vintage Boutique Fashion design company based in West London, working from home 3 days a week. Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable.

You will have at least 3 years experience in a finance function and have had experience in both AP and AR, with a good knowledge of the processes required to make a best in class function.

Responsibilities will include:

Manage AP & AR processes including:
Processing expense claims
Processing of stock and overhead invoices
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Setting up new supplier accounts
Credit card statement coding
Management of aged debtors
Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
Enforce PO policy and provide training to new starters
Support the Senior Management Accountant in developing controls, processes & reporting
Drive cost control best practices and ethos to the wider business
Seek systems and process automation efficiencies that provide cost effective solutions
Plan, prioritise and deliver work in a way that meets or exceeds business requirements

Candidate Specification:

You have substantial and proven experience (minimum of three years' experience) working in a finance function preferably in a retail company
You are on your way to becoming ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
You are flexible & proactive, able to drive improvements through to completion
You have a positive 'can-do' attitude
You are able to work under pressure and are deadline driven
Experience with Netsuite
