I am currently recruiting for a growing organisation within the Hospitality sector and we are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a close-knit, social but hard working finance team. You will have had previous experience in processing high volumes of invoices per week, be a strong team player and someone who is happy to support the wider team. Excellent attention to detail is a must!

The Role

  • Purchase Ledger Function (matching Invoices and processing / scanning, statement checking, payment runs)
  • Supplier Reconciliations
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Accounts Inbox Management
  • Admin Support
  • Data Entry
  • Any other accounts assistant/admin duties as required


Requirements

  • Systems Literate - Excel (intermediate at least), outlook, accounting software, Xero preferable
  • Previous Purchase Ledger experience 6 months
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to learn
  • Ambitious
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Enjoys a challenge
