Accounts Payable Associate - MEDIA

Investigo finance is currently partnering with a FTSE listed MEDIA business in hiring for a fantastic opportunity as an Accounts Payable Associate to join their established team on a permanent basis. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast paced role, working for a really lovely team!

Location: Working from home at the moment, then in Central London (flexible working)

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum + amazing benefits

Job Description:

• Matching and input of approx. 300 Invoices per week, ensuring that invoices meet all internal criteria
• Resolving queries from suppliers and colleagues for assigned portion of the ledger.
• Proactively chasing approvals for invoices which are not resolved by 30 days.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements on a monthly basis.
• Ensuring all emails are resolved within one week of receipt.
• Assisting with weekly BACS cycle and raising CHAPS as needed.
• Experience in Petty Cash, Expense Claims would be advantageous.
• Ensure procedures and processes are adhered too.
• Managing payment runs and ensuring invoices are paid within 30 days

Experience required:

• Strong Accounts Payable experience
• Experience working with high volumes of invoices
• Assist AP supervisors checking the weekly multiple currency payment runs.
• Experience working with PO systems and bank reconciliations
• Be a team player and have good attention to detail
