Temporary Role


We currently have a requirement for a temporary accounts payable clerk role for a business based in Watford. There is a strong possibility that the role may go permanent as well.

Due to the nature of the requirement we require someone who is immediately available, and has experience in processing high volume invoices.


  • Processing same day payments
  • Setting up new supplier accounts
  • Account reconciliations
  • Reconciling payments in error
  • Investigating and correcting errors
  • Processing invoices
  • Printing and scanning
  • Adhoc query resolution

The successful candidate for this temporary Accounts Payable role will need to have following skills:

  • Prior Accounts Payable experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Excel skills
