Accounts Payable Clerk

Investigo are pleased to be supporting an international business, looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk looking after their UK Suppliers. The position is a maternity contract for a minimum of 9 months and would be looking for someone to start no later than the start of February, this would allow a reasonable handover with the individual going off.

Key Duties

• Printing of invoices/credit notes/statements and responding to supplier queries.
• Processing supplier invoices in against goods received.
• Processing pro-forma invoices for payment.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Carrying out bi-weekly payment runs
• Updating supplier information
• Resolving supplier queries
• Managing internal stakeholders
• Any other duties as requested by the Accounts Payable Supervisor
