Accounts Payable Manager

Accounts Payable Manager - £40,000 - Bedfordshire - Permanent Role

Key responsibilities: (Brief overview of the role - a full detailed brief will be presented upon successful application)

* Oversee and manage a large AP team

* Ensure all invoices are processed in line with company policies and paid on time

* Reviewing supplier statement recs

* Review current processes and set a roadmap for process improvement

* Work closely with the wider business to understand business and departmental requirements

* Identify and minimise defects

* Assist with any projects

* Implement efficient processes for query escalation and resolution across P2P process

* Produce month end recs on time for month end process and analysis

* Ensure the team deliver on KPI's and targets and encourage improvement in efficiency

* Identify training needs in the team

Who we are looking for ?

• An AP Manager with strong working knowledge of the above

* Experience managing process improvement projects

* Experience with managing senior stakeholders

• Strong Excel and reporting knowledge
