Administrator
Hoddesdon- Permanent role
Salary- Up to £30,000
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support internal operations, with a focus on Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and property compliance.
You will coordinate and administer a range of internal activities, ensuring records are accurately maintained and compliance requirements are met. This will involve working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate a variety of business activities
- Maintain and update databases and records
- Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure compliance deadlines are met
- Manage a calendar of events, prompting timely actions
- Follow up on outstanding actions and tasks
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years' administration experience, preferably in a multi-site environment
- Strong Excel and database management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- High-volume data analysis experience
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively
- Team player with problem-solving skills and resilience
