Employment Law Advisor - 'Agenda for Change' / AFC - NHS

A major FM provider is seeking an Employment Law Advisor to join them for a 3-6 month engagement, outside IR35.

The work will require ocassional onsite presence in central London, and has the possibility for travel to specific contract sites.

The company is seeking to harmonise their TUPE'd contracts from NHS organisations.

Requirements:

• An 'Agenda for Change'/AFC expert i.e. someone who intricately understands AFC, the employee handbook and how to apply that knowledge
• To advise on the AFC rules that would need to be built into the system ensuring T&C's are accurately reflected through to T&A pinning and payroll
• To work with the project team to help spec up the system requirements to meet AFC rules
• Post build - work to enable the testing of the system, ensuring it accurately represents the rules
