Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving product innovation through Agile methodologies? My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in defining and delivering dynamic products that meet both customer needs and business objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Product Vision and Strategy:**
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with the company's overall strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the vision and strategic objectives.

2. **Backlog Management:**
- Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on customer value and business priorities.
- Collaborate with development teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
- Continuously groom and prioritize the backlog to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

3. **Cross-functional Collaboration:**
- Act as a bridge between development teams, stakeholders, and end-users, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of features in each sprint.
- Provide guidance and support to the development team throughout the product development lifecycle.

4. **Product Delivery:**
- Ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
- Make real-time decisions during development to ensure the product aligns with business goals.

5. **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and end-users to inform product improvements.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance product features and user experience.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Agile development process.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira.
