Application Service Owner (Hyperion)

About the Role

It provides senior technical assistance to Application Users, Technical Support Teams and resolves application problems for clients. In addition to resolving application issues, this role takes on the responsibilities of a Service Owner, overseeing the entire lifecycle of applications within the organization.

This includes engagement with cross-functional teams such as IT Operations, Development, and Third Parties

Responsibilities

• Being the Technical Service Owner for assigned reporting and data applcaitions , primarly Hyperion based
• Overseeing the onboarding of new Global Technical Services into Production
• Ensuring support services meet our committed SLA's & KPI's are on target
• Managing & liaising with our 3rd Party Vendors, Partners and Suppliers
• Participating in the Contract Renewal Process (Support) & ownership of smaller engagements

Requirements

• Experience working with Hyperion Financial Reporting (Oracle EPMA, HFM, Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, Financial Reporting, DRM, DRG
• Experience with OBIEE, PowerBI, EDW & Data Lake solutions
• Experience of ETL processes along with ODI
• Experience working with ITSM tools, Integrations, Project Management Tools
• Experience managing an array of Application Technologies (Cloud/SaaS/On-Prem/Legacy)
