Application Support Analyst - MRI Housing system

A council based in London is seeking to recruit an Application Analyst who has expertise with the MRI Orchard Housing Management system for an initial 6 month contract (high likelihood this will be extended until 12 months). You will be involved primarily in the changes and configuration of the Orchard/MRI Housing Management system.

• Experience of Housing Management systems: MRI/ Orchard, NEC Northgate, Civica, Capita Academy
• Repairs workflow systems: TotalMobile, Oneserve, OptiTime DRS
• Other systems: MS Dynamics CRM, Framework-I, Mosaic
• Dev: SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, Javascript, CSS, VBA, Advanced EXCEL (VLookups, Pivots, Formulae, Macros)
• Reporting Tools: SAP BusinessObjects, MS Power BI, SSRS/SSRB, Crystal Reports
• Development Tools: Oracle, MS SQL Server, SQL Developer, ETL, MS Management Studio SSMS
• Significant experience of Data Migration, System Implementation, Testing, Web Development, BI Reporting, Configurations and BPM

Must have MRI Orchard system analysis / application support experience.
This is a hybrid role where you will be required to come to site in central London on a sporadic basis - majority of the time you will be based remote but from time to time monthly / every 3 weeks to come to site.
