AR clerk

Investigo is recruiting for a 3 month contract, supporting a well established finance team within a construction business. There is a chance for this role to go perm in September.

The role will be responsible for:

• Producing weekly Subcontractor and Supplier payment runs for the Group
• Producing manual bacs and priority payments
• Raising Sales Invoices
• Processing VAT and CIS adjustments
• Daily checking of CIS payments
• DRC corrections, adjustments and queries
• Transacting intercompany payments
• Processing Retention payments
• Allocating refunds
• Query resolution

Experience required:

• Experience with sales ledger
• Experience with bank recs
• Be a team player and work under own initiative
