ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

This is an INCREDIBLE opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their career! This role reports directly into the Finance Director and is a variety role with plenty of progression! Seeking someone who can support in the day to day running of the finance team.

Location: x1 day a week in London / Flexible

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum + STUDY SUPPORT

Job Description:

• Working closely with the Finance Director and supporting with adhoc finance
• Daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
• Project managing implementing new systems and processes for the Finance department as the company grows
• Assist with the preparation of the payment run for EMEA regions and reconcile AP
• Prepare posting and reconciliation of Bank Transactions
• Posting of general Journal entries
• Assist with the monthly Cash Flow management
• Assist with month close process, reconciling and confirming the balances of AR, AP & Expenses with third parties and employees on a timely basis
• Support the monthly close process and reconciliation of balance sheet
• Support EMEA Finance Team with day to day accounting activities

Personal Skills and Attributions:

• Proven Finance experience in a similar role
• AAT, ACCA or ACA part qualified or QBE
• Good team player, personable and professional
• Able to work well under pressure
