This is an amazing opportunity to join a global real estate company and progress through the organisation. The main purpose of this role is to assist the Finance Manager in financial reporting and provide leadership to the contract support team. This is a great position that will allow the right candidate to develop their leadership skills while continuing their studies.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with month end financial reporting, ensuring deadlines are met
• Consolidate and challenge monthly contract forecasts, liaising with contract managers
• Supervising Contract Support through managing timeliness and quality of outputs
• Actively participate in weekly meeting with senior management and contract teams
• Participate in regular role specific meetings to share best practice throughout the division
• Prepare and issue predefined reports
• Look for opportunities to add value with financial and non-financial information
• Become familiar with daily operations and the specific scope of the contracts for example which services are covered, and which are chargeable, contract renewal dates etc.
• Identify and implement process innovation across the BU to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations
• Raise sales invoices

Personal Specification

• Part-qualified accountant
• Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.) Advanced Excel skills
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work across functions and with diverse management teams
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
• Strong attention to detail while still able to complete work within set timelines
• Strong sense of customer focus
• Able to prioritise demands with excellent time management and organisational skills
