Benefits Lead - FSSC, ERP, Finance Transformation
£700-£850 per day OUTSIDE IR35
Hybrid (home working with some UK and international travel)
6-12 months initially

Investigo are pleased to be supporting a global organisation with their search for a Benefits Lead to support their major Finance Transformation agenda. As Benefits Lead, you will oversee the tracking, calculation and reporting of programme-wide benefits by holding stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to account. This will include the identification of benefits owners and the regular tracking / updating of this mapping.

Moreover, you will be responsible for quantifying the benefits that are realised at each programme phase and then ensuring they are delivered across all workstreams. This should measure the work that has been delivered to date and the impact it is having versus the business case.

Scope of work:

  • Demonstrates significant proficiency in benefits management, utilising metrics such as IRR and ROI to optimise and deliver benefits across complex, global programs.
  • Creating and modifying intricate visual analyses and presenting clear, actionable information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Show in-depth knowledge of commercial accounting procedures, enabling the linkage of benefits to business finances and processes.
  • Achieves results both as a highly motivated individual and through effective collaboration with global colleagues at all organisational levels.
  • Exhibits an understanding of operational processes - This covers all identified Level 1 process areas and all relevant sub-processes in the scope of the Business Process Optimisation Programme
  • Capable of setting strategic direction and performing detailed work with precision.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills to guide, manage, and influence key stakeholders using logic and personal influence, holding them accountable for delivering benefits.
  • Effectively communicates with and influences all stakeholders, including private equity shareholders and business unit Managing Directors.
