Billing Coordinator

My client are a global property company specialising in work place solutions across the UK and Europe, they are looking recruit two Billing Assistants into their team in London to support their UK and European finance teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute the monthly licence and ancillary bill runs
  • Communicate with location teams in a timely manner to ensure bill runs are accurate and complete
  • Ensure licence data is accurate and complete for accurate billing
  • Capture and allocate member receipts
  • Maintain all member accounts on the separate billing and finance systems and ensure both systems reconcile
  • Prepare debt reports and distribute to location teams
  • Supporting location teams with credit control
  • Provide ad hoc support and analysis as and when required

Person Specification

  • A-levels (or equivalent) plus experience in a junior finance or administrative role, or Relevant bachelor's degree
  • Billing experience at a multi-location company
  • Experience in flex office space would be advantageous
  • Strong Excel abilities
  • Focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of accounting practices
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Property/Operations background
  • Ability to work independently and with the team
