Billing Supervisor

Investigo are delighted to be supporting a growing digital business who are relocating elements of their transactional Finance to Hertfordshire. As such, they are looking to recruit an experienced and inspiring Billing Supervisor to lead their Billing team.

Duties:

• Supervising 7 members of staff
• Setting all KPI's & targets amongst the team
• Carrying out 1-2-1's & appraisals
• Processing service billing across all entities
• Responsible for over 10,000 customers
• Learning contracts and billing set up/charges
• Monitoring outgoing calls and log ins
• Making sure the team collect accurate information from customer via email and telephone
• Provide ongoing training and development to the Billing team
• Overseeing queries and credit notes

In time this position will continue to grow and expand - as such they require someone who looks to process change and implementation as part of a managerial role; always seeking to improve processes is at the forefront of this role.
