Business Analyst
IT & Transformation
Hybrid working
Reports to Head of Transformation
Key stakeholders: Exec, IT, Transformation, PMO, Retail & Digital Ops.
Experience and/or knowledge required to perform role
- Proven Business Analyst background (required)
- Awareness and practical application of BA practices (required)
- Demonstrable experience of workshop facilitation to achieve desired outcomes (required)
- As-is/To-Be process mapping (required)
- Ability to adapt requirements into user cases/stories when needed (required)
- Target Operating Model design (required)
- Understanding Waterfall and Agile methodologies (required)
- Advanced MS Office Skills - Word, Excel (required)
- Awareness of IT services and operations (desirable)
- Awareness of Gambling industry regulation and compliance (desirable)
- Experience of working within a UK-based gambling operator (desirable)
Skills and attributes required to perform role
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence at all levels in the organisation
- Strong Presentation skills, written and verbal
- Ability to consider the bigger picture and wider project impact
Qualifications required to perform role
- Professional Business Analysis certifications e.g. BCS BA, IIBA etc. (desirable)
The role is a hybrid-working role, with occasional travel to Nottingham or Stratford (London) when your department/team/projects require it.
