Business analyst, business analysis, financial services, as is, to be, process, group transformation, organisation redesign, TOM, delivery, stakeholder management, agile, waterfall, enterprise change.

Our leading Financial Services client are underway with a group wide organisational redesign programme that will help shape the business for the future. This requires a large amount of business analysis to be undertaken looking at the current business state before moving it to it's future state.

The business have a core BA function that needs to be bolstered in order to facilitate this transformation to undertake activities from "as it" - "to be" mapping, design, TOM changes through to delivery. The business shave therefore recognised the need to boost the BA function to aid the transformation & ensure activities & business transformation is delivered effectively.

The role will involve:

• "as is" & "to be" process mapping
• Analysis around current state
• TOM design & analysis
• Stakeholder engagement, taking them on the transformation journey
• Working with project managers & programme leads, presenting analysis & findings
• Workshop facilitation.

The business are looking for someone with the following experience:

• Financial Services - ideally a smaller FS client as this role is working in a small team across a small organisation
• Stakeholder management - the role will be exposed to business leaders & requires the candidate to interact effectively at a senior level
• Experience working on an organisational redesign / transformation would be looked upon favourably.
• 4 years + BA experience

This role is a hands on business analysis position without line management responsibility. It will offer the candidate exposure to a unique FS / payments organisation making large changes to the industry. The role is 2 days in a London office with the further 3 days remote & the business are flexible around remote working.
