Our leading FS client are undertaking a large expansion with the payments area of it's organisation to undertake a variety of new projects across Business to business, & Business to Businesses to customer payments.
As such they are looking to bolster their business analysis function with ambitious analysts that have a keen interest in payments. Payments experience isn't necessary but an undertaking of the financial services / a background in regulated business change would be beneficial.
The role will involve:
- Working closely with business & IT stakeholders to translate technical requirements into documentation
- Data analysis
- Process mapping
- User journey mapping
- Customer journey mapping
- Agile delivery
- Stakeholder management
The ideal candidate will have come from the following background:
- Financial Services or large blue chip organisation
- Payments - working experience inside or outside FS or a keen knowledge of the industry
- Stakeholder engagement at senior level
- Agile delivery environments
- Regulated projects
The role offers the candidate the opportunity to work at the start of a programme that has exposure across the wider business. You'll join a new team which forms part of the wider payments community & be exposed to senior individuals within the organisation.
