Business Analyst - active SC clearance & NPPV3 clearance

A major central government organisation is seeking a Business Analyst to join them on an initial 6-month contract.

Candidates must hold active SC clearance & NPPV3 clearance.

As part of this programme, we are now looking for an Entire Network refresh to not only facilitate the new policing sites, but also the network connectivity across the entire client estate.

Primary need is for a business analyst experienced in requirements gathering but and in creating a technical specification to help us understand what our future network strategy could be.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
* Gather, review and analyse business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics
* Liaise between various business departments and groups
* Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling
* Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
* Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams

Essential Skills
* Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
* Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
* Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
* Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
