A major central government department are seeking an SC cleared Business Analyst to join them on an inside IR35 basis.

• Lead on the requirements elicitation for various projects, identifying the needs of users, the wider business and other stakeholders.
• Own, develop and track requirements ensuring traceability to inform a future procurement exercise.
• Facilitate online workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Analyse problems, experimenting with approaches to test assumptions and identify problems to assist in the development of requirements.
• Understanding the role of business analysis within a technology, science and data driven environment.
• Working at a fast pace and be able to tailor the management of activities to ensure development of requirements documentation.
• Documenting, testing and deploying high quality products that are managed to a high standard.
• Developing effective engagement with both internal and external stakeholders to support output.
