I have an immediate contract opportunity for a Business Change Manager with a premium fashion retailer in London. You will be delivering and executing their Change Agenda to increase their omni-channel capability and be jointly accountable for the delivery of training where relevant. This is an initial 6-12-month contract with the opportunity to be part of their wider long term business strategy. You will have ownership across Business Readiness, Stakeholder Engagement, Business Process Adoption and Benefits Realisation.
To be successful in this role, you will have successfully delivered large scale business transformation programmes within a retail environment across both IT systems and business process change.
- Ownership of Business Readiness, Stakeholder Engagement, Business Process Adoption, Benefits Realisation and joint ownership of the Communications Strategy.
- Jointly accountable for the Training Delivery, you will be working closely with the Learning and Development team as required.
- Ownership of the overall change activity plan across all projects, working alongside relevant internal and external partners and resources.
- Working with all departments of the operational retail life cycle including: buying, merchandising, production, wholesale, supply chain, finance and design.
