Business Process Manager

Investigo are pleased to be supporting a global organisation with their search for a Business Process Manager, as a part of their company wide HR Transformation programme. Following the implementation of a new HR system, this role will be essential to ensuring the effective management and maintenance of HR processes.

Essential experience:

  • Project/Programme Management experience
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience with Senior and C-Suite internal groups
  • Lead sizeable Process Lead / Analysis teams
  • ARIS or Sigma experience

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement process and risk governance framework
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end processes
  • Analysing performance of processes
  • Work closely with process project sponsors and Process Owners to ensure ownership of project outcomes
  • Govern changes to process and technology
  • Working with various Process Owners to define metrics for processes
  • Defining various data structures and governance required to support the business
  • Lead the development of HR Process projects
  • Defining key project initiatives that support the business in improving process
  • Reviews existing process for compliance, issues and potential innovation opportunities
  • Spearhead complex cross-People functional process change
  • Working closely with training teams to create and maintain effective communications for projects
