A small to medium sized business, based in Nottingham, are currently seeking to appoint a "Business Systems Manager" to be responsible for all systems within the organisation, including building and maintaining the future systems roadmap, which will be developed in partnership with the whole Senior Leadership Team. You'll be joining at a time when there is investment into IT and you'll play a key part in the ERP replacement project which is underway, using your existing ERP and solution delivery knowledge to help build and deliver the requirements of the solution. This will include all areas of the project delivery, such as testing and change management.

The Business Systems Manager will be responsible for owning and maturing the business systems landscape, and ensuring an overall integrated solution is build. As Business Systems Manager, it will be your responsibility to maintain and mature the ongoing solutions roadmap for the next 3 years, as well as owning solution and data architecture. You'll work with senior stakeholders within the business, build an exec level steering group, and have full ownership for IT focused systems processes, and continuous improvement.

The appointed candidate will bring previous experience of business systems - this could be working in a similar sized organisation as a business systems manager, or you could have worked in a larger business as a business systems project manager, business systems programme manager, or business systems analyst. You'll be able to demonstrate excellent project management and ERP/Systems skills (Any exposure to Odoo would be advantageous). Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, as well as the ability to operate at multiple levels in an SME environment are essential.
