Location: Hybrid Working in Coventry (2-3 Days in the office)

Salary: £40,000-£45,000

Job Description

A fast growing fin-tech software house in Coventry are looking to bring on a C# Developer who will be a leading on some highly exciting growth plans. You will be reporting directly into the Head of Development where you will be involved with supercharging and expanding their technology plans over the next couple of years. This role would suit somebody who is looking to take a new step in their career and use their existing software development skills. You will initially be working with a small team of 3 developers with plans to double this within the next couple of years. You will have a mix of hands on development skills with C# and SQL. The next couple of years are highly exciting where you will be expanding and developing a reinvigoration of their website, a migration from on site premises to AWS, working on their application tech roadmap and amplify their business processes.

You will be involved with this partner as a key hands on C# Developer, providing guidance and support to the software team and internal users. You will be working on an exciting new product, applications, and business/customer critical systems, this will involve everything from minor enhancements to full-scale application rebuilds to better leverage the tech for customers and make what they do even more accessible to customers. You will have the opportunity to broaden your software development skills on a variety of market leading software while providing excellent care to their customers.
