React Developer - Contract Role (Inside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced React Developer with a strong understanding of C#.NET and Azure to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing front-end/UI features for a project focused on upgrading legacy Microsoft architecture to a new Azure-based future state architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and upgrade UI features for legacy applications as they transition to the new architecture.
- Ensure zero downtime for real-time financial services applications during the migration process.

Requirements:
- Proven background in developing complex banking applications using React, .NET, and Azure.
- Ability to work under pressure in a mission-critical project environment.
- Commitment to 3 days per week on-site in London, non-negotiable.
