Change Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors - HR Systems - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.


I am working with a UK based end user who are implementing SAP SuccessFactors globally and looking for a Change Analyst to join them on a 12 month initial fixed term contract starting in the next 2-3 weeks.

This is a chance to join a greenfield SAP SuccessFactors implementation across 34 countries and circa. 15,000 employees.

£55,000 - £65,000 for 12 month Fixed Term Contract + pension, paid holiday, single medical cover.

British or EU passport holders only.

The role will involve the following:

  • Support the implementation of the Change Approach and Strategy, working closely with the Change Management Lead for the Programme.
  • Work with a counterpart from the Systems Integrator to take ownership of governance updates, updating weekly reports, raid logs, action logs etc.
  • Work with Regional/Country leads around the globe and work on other change elements, not just governance but also be involved in presentations, demo's which will form part of the engagement activities with stakeholders.
  • Ideally have global change experience in the context of technology led programmes
  • Change experience within HR systems programmes and implementations (ideally SuccessFactors but other HR systems such as Workday etc will also be fine)
