I have an immediate contract opportunity for a Change Lead to be part of a large-scale transformation with an online retailer in the North West of England. You will be part of an intense programme of transformational change shifting the organisation forward from Legacy IT Solutions to a faster and more Agile way of working that is customer driven.
This is the opportunity to be at the forefront of change across Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, HR and all other areas of the retail life cycle. Ideally, you will be an experienced Retail Change Lead with a background in Merchandise Planning who is happy to make a long-term commitment (12-18 months) leading the end to end design and delivery of a Change Management Plan.
About the role:
- End to end design and delivery of a Change Management Agenda across Finance, HR, Retail, Marketing and Supply Chain
- Work with a team of Senior Change Leaders who manage large scale retail transformations globally
- Working closely with an international and local supplier base including local fashion designers
- Involved in the design of a new Target Operating Model (TOM), assisting with delivery of this across the organisation (end-to-end processes and organisational design, capability development, organisational and culture change/re-alignment, implementation and integration of a new Cloud-Based solution)
