Change Lead - Retail Client - Omni-Channel Programme / Shop Live
Remote / London
Inside IR35 (Umbrella route)
£590-690pd
6 months initially (likely to extend) - ASAP start
Role & Responsibilities
To support the successful scoping and implementation of ShopLive in our omnichannel business. This is a key pillar in our Transformation agenda. Changes will include may be people, process and technology change and cross all functions of our UK&I business.
The Change Lead will be responsible for:
- Change approach, planning and delivery for strategic programmes and projects across the UK & I portfolio
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness
- Gain buy-in to all Change Management Activities by providing pro-active and transparent Stakeholder Management both within the project team and externally
- Leads the development and adoption of Business Change methodology across the business by establishing and continuing to develop 'best practices' methods and tools that suit the business needs and help stakeholders understand the value they bring and contribute
- Create and lead a single Change communication plan to ensure all investments in change activity are communicated effectively and that the business sees & understands the overall story for change - design, development & delivery of the plan
- Apply innovative, engaging and re-usable ways of articulating complex messages
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Ensure that new processes and ways of working are effectively defined, delivered and embedded in our business
- Proactively lead and collaborate with programme sponsors and senior stakeholders within the business to ensure shared ownership for the delivery of programme outcomes
- Develop high performing teams, both in temporary programme structures as well as within Business Change to build in house capability and a succession of talent for the future
- Manage risk and overcome issues that prevent the programme, team or the change, from being successful
- Provide ongoing support to the Business and Project leads in identifying and scoping new improvements to include in the ShopLive roadmap, engaging with wide business and omni-colleagues to get input
- Work closely with other omni-channel programmes to ensure that they are aligned in terms of people and process changes being delivered - for example in changes that may be required to colleagues roles
Required:
- 7-8+ years' experience
- Retail experience
- Energetic and can get hands dirty
- Not just change management, helping shape proposition
- Background in commercial, some programme delivery
- Experience in dealing with ambiguity
- Embedding processes, organisational design & communications
