Job description

We're currently working with a London based Non-Profit that's going through a period of digital transformation and is hiring for a Change Manager to help them through this.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and deliver the overall change programme for this transformation programme, applying structured change management processes and tools to create and deliver the change strategy.
2. Manage change through people across the organisation, in particular looking to maximise adoption and usage.
3. Coaching senior colleagues to help them fulfil the role of change sponsor
4. Document and track the business outcomes and benefits that have been factored into the project, integrating them into the business change plan
5. Identify the opportunities and risks to change and put in place the required interventions to ensure successful outcomes
6. Work closely with other project, programme, and internal teams to ensure a positive and joined up change experience for end users, e.g., ensuring business, operational and communication plans are aligned to strategic objectives and centralised communications plans
7. Conduct detailed change impact assessments alongside business analysts and secure a shared view of these impacts across those impacted, the programme team and support teams, HR, L&D, internal and external communications.
8. Assessing business readiness for change and coach the business to prepare for change
9. Ensure change management activities are integrated into the wider programme plan.
10. Support the development and delivery of processes, systems, and training to embed knowledge, understanding and adoption of new ways of working.
11. Contribute to the Business Change Practice, supporting the development of capability frameworks, tools, templates and best practice and coaching colleagues to develop their business change capability
12. Put in place measures and controls to prove the successful adoption of change and point where benefits can be realised Work with the central and national teams to establish ways to track progress, monitor and evaluate the operating model including new roles and initiatives.
13. Evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions and regularly seek feedback and adapt the approach as needed; Lead on the mitigation and resolution of local business change risks and issues; and
14. Provide regular progress reports to operational leads and the programme office as required.
15. Stay abreast of trends in Business Change and actively engage in personal development.
