Client Accountant - Marketing & Advertising

Investigo is partnered with an international Marketing and Advertising business to assist with a newly created client accounting / finance manager position. Due to recently winning a new client they are looking to bring someone in to work with the Financial Controller and Operations teams to manage all aspects of client accounting including WIP, Revenue, Billing and Month End. This role would be suited to someone who has worked in another marketing and advertising business and done all aspects of finance management for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the finance lead for all booking, billing and reconciliation processes to ensure they are managed accurately and on time
• Lead the PO management for the digital hub ensuring all PO's are received and match media plans, correct currencies, and entities
• Partner with the client account team booking issues to coordinate follows ups with media buying leads to ensure queries are resolved
• Oversee and improve the Finance operations process
• Work with the Systems Finance lead and financial accounting team to ensure the Trade working capital is managed properly to ensure accuracy.
• Partner with Group Finance to ensure that budget is being kept to and advise on forecasts.

Ideally you will have experience and an interest in the Marketing / Digital Advertising Space and have previously managed finance for a campaign. This role requires someone with a solid finance understanding as well as someone who can work with operations to work to best practice and ensure accuracy / efficiency for the brand.
