Client-Side Building Surveyor - £40-50,000 - Heritage Buildings

Investigo are working with an organisation with a property portfolio that consists of iconic and historic buildings in London to recruit for a Building Surveyor on a permanent basis.

The role

• Responsible for the repair, maintenance and conservation of the buildings
• Supervision of the day-to-day works and projects
• Ensure compliance of the buildings is maintained
• Monitor the performance of the Contractors

The Person

• A true passion for historic buildings
• Experience of dealing with live environment buildings
• Qualified Building Surveyor, preferably chartered but they will help people through the APC
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate complex, technical information in a variety of ways at multiple levels
