Climate Risk Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work across the Risk Management Division and the firm to understand requirements from a Climate Change / Sustainability perspective
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on climate change supervisory expectations and their application to a variety of clients
• Supporting risk departments in defining and developing risk processes
• Leading and supporting training and development workshops

Skills required:

• Detailed knowledge of climate change and sustainability developments within the financial services industry
• Experience in risk management processes and frameworks, disclosures, and supporting data and infrastructure
• Knowledge of financial and/or non-financial risk management and modelling is an advantage
• Working knowledge of risk management frameworks and practices
• Working and contributing in a project environment
• A proactive mind-set with aim to collaborate across the team to build excellent relationships
• Communication Skills - written and verbal - essential to manage various stakeholders internally and externally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
