Job description
I am exclusively working on a exciting Commercial Finance Analyst opportunity within a large property company. This is a newly created opportunity, due to recent growth in the organisation. If you are immediately available or on short notice, please get in touch.
- Salary:£55,000 DOE
 - Hybrid: 1 day in the office only
 - Location: City of London
 - 12 month FTC
 
What can you expect?
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Reviewing and finalising forecast/budget.
 - Balance sheet model and challenging assumptions provided by responsible stakeholders.
 - Understanding movements to provide value-add analysis and commentary about year-on-year variances.
 - Business partnering with individuals within Financial Control team and in the wider internal Finance community.
 - First point of contact for forecasting/budgeting files.
 - Driving continuous improvement to budgeting and forecasting process.
 
Month-end reporting
- Reviewing and finalising month-end Balance sheet pack.
 - Understanding movements and variances while challenging stakeholders.
 - Providing accurate and informative balance sheet pack to SMT.
 - Identifying and implementing efficiency's within Balance sheet reporting.
 
What skills/attributes will you bring?
- ACCA/CIMA Finalist/QBE.
 - Property experience (desired).
 - Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and concepts.
 - Knowledge of financial management.
 - Very good understanding of Balance Sheet components.
 - Strong attention to detail.
 - Ability to work in fast paced environments.
 - Ability to manage time effectively, prioritising and delivering to agreed deadlines.
