Commercial Finance Analyst
up to £42k + Study support
Hybrid Working
I am currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Analyst role, working for a global Health & Wellness company in London. This role will suit a graduate with 1- 3 years experience in a commercial role looking for a career as a finance analyst.
We are looking for a detail orientated and data driven candidate required for a fast-paced commercial FP&A Role. The successful candidate will support the delivery of insightful commercial analysis through commercial reporting and forecasting consolidation. A strong knowledge of excel is required as well as a keen approach to process improvements. Organisational skills are also key in this role to ensure all deadlines are consistently met.
Responsibilities will include:
Reporting
Consistently hit corporate and internal: month end, forecasting and budgeting deadlines and provide commentary which reflects business 'story'. Monthly slide deck consolidation for the UK Exec team: ensuring data is robust and agrees back to financial systems
Insight
Drive the business forward by providing a robust understanding of all P&L lines. Providing clarity and granularity of data where needed. To build high quality relationships with the finance team, Marketing team and corporate function in Belgium and US.
Forecasting
Consolidation of monthly internal forecasts and accurate upload of forecasts for corporate review

- 5 year plans
Process Improvement
A strong knowledge of MS Excel required in order to drive better and more efficient internal processes
Person Specification and Competencies
- Part Qualified (ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in financial reporting (month end, heavy excel reporting, forecast submissions)
- Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Proven ability to understand, interrogate data and spot inaccuracies
- Able to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance colleagues
- A proactive attitude and a positive approach
