Commercial Finance Manager

Investigo are pleased to be supporting this forward thinking Technology business based in Reading. Given their recent listing and continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an ambitious and personable Commercial Finance Manager.

The role will be reporting to a Head of Finance and be responsible for 3 members of staff, the position will play an integral part of their Commercial Finance team; providing key commercial insight to assist with decision making and process improvement.

This would be an ideal role for someone with experience in commercial finance and wants to take on a varied role where you can have a real impact while leading a small team.

Key Duties:

• Production of management accounts on a monthly basis
• Preparation of monthly revenue reconciliations
• Reporting and preparing quarterly sales commissions
• Updating rolling reforecasts monthly
• Production of monthly management information supported by commentary.
• Reporting on KPI's which provides insight to key expenditure and assists highlighting variances to plan
• Define and track internal metrics
• Business partnering with key stakeholders
• Being the key contact for auditors
• Preparing annual budgets
• Lead a small team and aid their personal development
• Supporting the FD with monthly management reporting and quarterly board reporting.
