Commercial Finance Manager

Investigo Private Equity are currently recruiting for a Private Equity backed Real Estate organisation, who are highly acquisitive and looking to utilise their recent funding to expand. This Commercial Finance Manager role will see the successful candidate pick up an entirely commercial role, with responsibility for Budgeting & Forecasting, Scenario Analysis, KPI Analysis and proper Finance Business partnering across a number of different stakeholder. Perfect for an ACA qualified accountant who is looking to make their 2nd move out if practice, especially if their first move was into something commercial. You will gain exposure to the c-suite and even investors across the organisation.

The Role

• Business partner with the Operations & Sales teams - building relationships, providing commercial support, and communicating relevant and insightful information
• Help review and improve the current suite of KPIs across the business and manage the calculation and communication of these to business functions
• Proactively identify underperforming products/ locations and work with teams to suggest solutions to improve trading performance
• Run the monthly reforecast process for the operational portfolio
• Drive the construction of the 3-year budget annually
• Responsible for running any forward-looking scenario analysis (eg for new products)
• Produce materials for the Board and Shareholders (eg Board Packs, Asset Reviews)
• Support the development and roll out of the new ERP system and forecasting software
• Manage and support the development of the Commercial Finance Analyst
• Manage ad-hoc analysis when required

Your Profile

• ACA Qualified accountant from a top 20 practice with 1-3 years PQE
• Experience in a analyst/business partner/FP&A role
• Ideally, some experience within TS services or advanced modelling skills
• Hospitality or Retail experience desired but not essential

Salary

£70,000 + bonus
