Commercial Finance Manager - FMCG

Investigo are partnering an outstanding FMCG company in Surrey well known for developing top talent, to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager. Our client is looking for ambitious leaders who are looking for fast track progression to a Commercial Director role.

You will be closely business partnering with members of the Leadership team including, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Development Officer and will be setting the agenda for their respective teams to drive against.

This role is a truly dynamic role with opportunity to drive growth and innovation that will step change business performance, leading our asset and partnership strategy; amongst a host of other transformational projects. You will have the opportunity to make significant change to the success of the business.

Experience required

• Qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA with an outstanding academic record of min of 2:1 or above
• A practical self-starter, the successful candidate will be used to delivering big things to tight deadlines and will demonstrate exceptional leadership behaviours, especially when partnering effectively with internal customers and external stakeholders.
• Highly analytical;
• Healthy dissatisfaction with the status quo with the ability to think strategically, challenge current thinking and deliver great results in a fast-moving environment
• Articulate and influential leader who grounds strategy and plans in data in financials;
• Previous experience in a commercially focused environment;
